Job Overview
We are looking for a Spa Manager . As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of employees and mentoring them to achieve individual and team objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Manage and coordinate spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent spa services
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment
- Manage and promote spa promotions and events
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated on spa industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and analyze sales and performance reports
