Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Senior DevOps Engineer to join our amazing Analytics team and be part of our DevOps organization.
You will be taking an active part in developing the core platform infrastructure within our DevOps group. The applications we develop are AWS cloud-native solutions, using multiple data stores with cutting-edge technology stack.
As part of your role, you will work collaboratively with professional engineers, architects, and product managers to deliver high-quality technical solutions that satisfy business requirements and meet corporate architectural standards.
Responsibilities
- A fulltime job as part of a DevOps team.
- Work collaboratively with professional developers, software architects and product managers, in a fast-paced agile environment
- Automate AWS Infrastructure using Infrastructure as code.
- Design, Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines on various environments up to production.
Education
- B. Sc. in Computer Science BSc/BA degree or practical relevant experience
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on DevOps experience - a Must
- Knowledge in Linux and Bash
- Proven knowledge of AWS services
- Knowledge of Jenkins, Groovy and Shared libraries
- Good knowledge of Python and an additional object-oriented language (preferable Java)
- Great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Independent, self-driven, strong self-learner, with ability to self-manage tasks and meet deadlines
- Global mindset & great communication skills in English
Nice to have (advantage)
- Knowledge in CloudFormation
- Knowledge of Puppet/Ansible
- Knowledge of Docker
- Knowledge of K8S
