Job description
Sr. Sales Manager Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Understand customer requirements and showcase the value using the Eventcombo demonstration.
- Answer all product-related questions ethically and politely and also address additional questions.
- Collaborate and strategize with the business and lead generation teams.
- Attend workshops and training to understand the sales value proposition of the product/service.
- Plan and assist with new product releases and events via webinars/Q&A sessions.
- Perform product demonstrations for customers, their staff, and other stakeholders involved in purchasing decisions.
- Identify new market opportunities and relay this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions to increase value for customers.
- Create proposals and review agreements.
- End-to-end sales cycle.
Sr. Sales Manager Requirements:
- Extensive experience in SAAS product demonstrations to prospects or customers is a MUST.
- Ability to understand product feature sets and showcase the value of the product via demonstrations.
- Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills in English and great presentation etiquette.
- Must have a can-do attitude.
