Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Brand Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in brand management, with a proven track record of overseeing creative campaigns and managing multidisciplinary teams. As the Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in

shaping our brand identity, driving brand awareness, and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

Responsibilities: Initiate & run all creative campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's brand strategy and objectives. Manage teams consisting of design, content, website, and marketing coordinators, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to develop integrated marketing strategies that drive brand growth and engagement. Lead the development and execution of brand guidelines, ensuring adherence to brand standards across all marketing materials and communications. Oversee the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and print, to engage and captivate our target audience. Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand enhancement and differentiation. Track and measure the performance of brand initiatives and campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on brand performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in brand management, with a strong background in creative campaign development and execution. Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, with experience using data to drive insights and recommendations. Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Experience working in a

Marketing/Marcom Agency & an edtech company

is a plus. Reporting Structure: The Brand Manager will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager/Marketing Head.
