Sales Head Software Development as a Service (SDaaS) with Technology Background
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales with a strong technology background and expertise in selling Software Development as a Service (SDaaS) solutions. The ideal candidate will lead our sales team drive revenue growth and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our software development services.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead mentor and inspire a highperformance sales team.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Technical Expertise:
- Leverage a solid background in technology to understand client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our SDaaS solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with the product development team to align sales strategies with the evolving technological landscape.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Evaluate market trends and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Negotiate and close highvalue deals with key clients and enterprise customers.
Client Relationship Management:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutions.
Performance Analysis:
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the effectiveness of the sales team.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on sales performance market trends and potential areas for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a technical field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role with a focus on technology and software development services.
- Indepth knowledge of Software Development as a Service (SDaaS) and the software development life cycle.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent negotiation presentation and relationshipbuilding skills.
