Job description
Responsibilties:
- Coordinate with IT Application Technology SDMs and system owners to prepare for the IT Internal Audits.
- Collaborate with team members from Audit Management, IT Infrastructure, IT Business Partners as part of preparation for Internal Audits.
- Review critical topics related to Application security controls and identify the deviations which could lead to potential audit findings.
- Support IT Application Technology SDMs to submit Risk Acceptances proactively.
- Stay up to date with changes in IT and Coporate Security Processes.
- Coordinate and support IT-A SDMs and system owners to close assigned audit findings on time and contribute to audit finding closure KPIs.
Key Competencies
1. Bachelors or Master's degree in Science, Business Informatics or similar area
2. Basic understanding of IT Audit Management and the related standards
3. Experience of working as a point of contact for internal audits in a matrix organization prefferably in Life Science or Healht Care industry
4. Excellent communication and social skills, proactive and collaborative mindset and strong sense of accountability and result orientation
5. Fluentcy in English, additional languages would be advantageous
6. Intercultural experience and working with distributed teams
