Tele Counsellor: -

Responsibilities-

 Contact potential or existing students from the given database to inform them about our product (Study Abroad)

 Answer questions about the company

 Ask questions to understand student requirements and fix appointments for the counsellors

 Enter and update student information in the database

 Keep records of calls and note useful information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
