Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager and Ads Expert to join our team. As a key player in our marketing efforts, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns and advertisements. Your expertise will drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various platforms (text, images, videos).
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the audience.
2. Advertising Campaigns:
Design and execute ROI-driven advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
Optimize ad performance, targeting, and budget allocation.
Track and analyze campaign metrics to measure success.
3. Content Creation:
Craft compelling and shareable content that resonates with the target audience.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics to assess performance.
Generate regular reports on key metrics, trends, and insights.
Use data to refine strategies and improve results.
5. SEO and SEM Understanding:
Basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
Optimize content for search visibility and user engagement.
6. Client Communication:
Interact with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and brand voice.
Present social media strategies and performance reports to clients.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
Demonstrated success in managing social media accounts and running effective ad campaigns.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent consulting, writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Fluency in English.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in digital marketing or a related business field.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads), and Google Analytics.
