Role And Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Executive to join our 24/7/365 support incident management team. The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Proactively monitoring the IT Infrastructure services and acknowledging alerts
  • Notifying relevant stakeholders and coordinating with internal and external teams for incident resolution
  • Working in rotational shifts to provide round-the-clock support
  • Performing hands-on activities on IT infrastructure configuration items for incident resolution and upgrade activities
  • Resolving end-user issues related to IT services

Candidate Qualifications

To be considered for this position, the candidate should have:

  • 3 to 4 years of overall domain experience
  • Experience in Windows/Linux server administration and messaging and collaboration platforms administration
  • Knowledge of IT security products and services
  • Experience with email protocols, Active Directory, LDAP, and TCP/IP
  • Self-initiative, motivation, and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Windows / Linux server administration
  • Messaging and Collaboration platforms administration (office 365, G-Suite, IceWarp)
  • IT security products and services
