Role And Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Technical Support Executive to join our 24/7/365 support incident management team. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Proactively monitoring the IT Infrastructure services and acknowledging alerts
- Notifying relevant stakeholders and coordinating with internal and external teams for incident resolution
- Working in rotational shifts to provide round-the-clock support
- Performing hands-on activities on IT infrastructure configuration items for incident resolution and upgrade activities
- Resolving end-user issues related to IT services
Candidate Qualifications To be considered for this position, the candidate should have:
- 3 to 4 years of overall domain experience
- Experience in Windows/Linux server administration and messaging and collaboration platforms administration
- Knowledge of IT security products and services
- Experience with email protocols, Active Directory, LDAP, and TCP/IP
- Self-initiative, motivation, and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
Required Skills The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Windows / Linux server administration
- Messaging and Collaboration platforms administration (office 365, G-Suite, IceWarp)
- IT security products and services
