Job Title:- Assistant Manager- Reconciliation and Recovery
Location: Mumbai
Experience:- 2-3 years
Salary:- As per market standards
Eligibility:
1.Graduate or Postgraduate (Any specialization)
2.2-3 years of experience in Operations, preferably Healthcare industry.
3.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
4.Immediate joiners will be given high preference
Key Responsibilities:
Reconciliation with the Hospital
1. Update the daily collection reports from the bank statements and knocking off against outstanding amount
2. Monitor and track outstanding customer balances.
3. Follow up with customers through calls and emails and physical visit on overdue payments and resolve any disputes or issues
4. Preparation of forecast of the upcoming receipts in the month.
5. Prepare AR aging reports for weekly meetings with the Central AR team.
6. Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable status and provide analysis to management
7. Collaborate with other departments, including sales and operations teams to resolve any issues related to invoicing or payments
8. Other basic accounts receivable activities - monitoring of customer master, monthly KPI reporting, updating AR excel trackers, audit support for AR activities etc.
