Job Summary : We are seeking a driven and passionate Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by attracting top talent and fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities Talent Acquisition specialist:- oDevelop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to source, attract, and recruit high-caliber candidates across diverse channels, going beyond traditional job boards. oPartner with hiring managers to understand niche requirement criteria and grasp their specific needs to identify and filter suitable candidates. oManage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. oStay proactive in identifying potential solutions for talent acquisition challenges and continually evolve strategies based on market trends and data analysis. Employee Relations specialist- oFoster a positive and supportive work environment by building strong relationships with employees, addressing their concerns promptly and empathetically, and managing employee emotions effectively. oDevelop and implement employee engagement initiatives to build team spirit, enhance morale, and promote company culture. oPartner with leadership to handle employee relations issues and ensure a fair and harmonious workplace. oStay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications •Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition and employee relations. •Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a similar industry. •Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and innovative approaches. •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. •Ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels. •Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. •Excellent judgment and ability to understand employee moods and potential future career plans. •Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR software and tools.
