SCOPE OF WORK As we continue to expand, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing lead to drive our digital strategy and brand visibility. As a dynamic and results-driven Performance and Branding lead at Dr lal Pathlabs, you will leverage your expertise in performance marketing channels, you will spearhead campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO 1. Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI 2. Analyse market trends and data to find opportunities, enhance campaigns, and raise return on investment. 3. Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth 4. Oversee and optimize performance marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, Mobile app and influencer marketing 5. Create and manage yearly digital campaign budgets. 6. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital platforms 7. Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and results-driven performance 8. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms to implement innovative and effective strategies. 9. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement WHAT ARE WE LOOKING IN YOU • Experience: Minimum 10 -12 years experience in consumer-facing brand or agency • Qualification: MBA or relevant degree COMPETENCIES •Be detail-oriented and can analyze and present data. •Effective at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines •Curious and Proactive (Self-starter) •Good interpersonal and time-management skills •Proven working experience in D2C campaigns (10 -12 years) KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS •Hands on experience in setting up and running Adwords and Facebook campaigns •Comfortable with GA4Job tags
