Job description

This team works with some of the top FMCG companies to help them achieve their brand tasks through Sharechat Networks advertising solutions. They consult the brand and the media teams to drive the best efficiency and
effectiveness for their brands. We are looking for a B2B Ad Sales and Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and growing relationships with our FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) clients, managing their advertising campaigns, and ensuring their continued satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on account management, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

What You'll Do

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
Implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the companys
customer/brand base and ensures its strong continued presence.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships including
brand managers, agency planning leads and media planners
Be an expert in our ad solutions offering to be able to use them
effectively to solve clients brand objective
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our FMCG clients, serving as their main point of contact.
Understand the unique needs and objectives of each client, ensuring that
advertising campaigns align with their goals.
Client Retention and Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for
upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing clients.
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored advertising solutions that
drive business results and long-term partnerships.
Campaign Management: Work closely with internal teams to plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns for FMCG clients.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven
recommendations to enhance results.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to identify
potential sales opportunities within existing accounts.
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Client Support and Communication: Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Regularly communicate campaign updates, performance reports, and industry insights to clients.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor
activities, and market dynamics that may impact FMCG clients.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client
interactions, agreements, and campaign details.
Prepare regular reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.Who are
