Job Description :Role : UI/UX Product designer.Location : Bangalore (Currently Remote, After 6 - 8 months WFO)- Only Immediate JoinersPosition Overview :- We are seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing user-centric interfaces and experiences that elevate our SaaS product offerings to new heights.Responsibilities :- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.- Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights to continually improve the user experience.- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for B2B SaaS products, demonstrating a strong portfolio of previous work.- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc., and familiarity with prototyping tools.- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile/Scrum development environment.- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate and present design concepts to stakeholders.
