About the position:
As a Business Analyst, you will have to help guide businesses to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce. Elicit, document, and analyze requirements around business challenges, and then produce data-driven solutions. Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements. Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients. Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client’s business requirements and fulfill user stories. Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements. Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training Role: Business Analyst Location: Chennai Experience: 6+ Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What you’ll do: 6-13 years of experience in working as a Business Analyst in Banking and Financial domain. Experience in NBFC is preferred. Strong Communication and Presentation skills. Excellent skills of analysing requirements, identifying different scenarios is mandatory. Good understanding of Loan Origination System and Loan approval process for different types of loans (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Vehicle Loan etc.) is mandatory. Ability to independently drive requirements discussions with multiple business stakeholders. Ability to clearly articulate the requirements in user stories. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is preferred. Strong Communication and Presentation skills. Excellent skills of analysing requirements, identifying different scenarios is mandatory. Excellent understanding of Out of the box features of Sales and Service Cloud is mandatory. Ability to independently drive requirements discussions with multiple business stakeholders. Ability to clearly communicate Salesforce features in non-technical way to business stakeholders. Ability to understand business problems and propose high level Salesforce solution. Ability to clearly articulate the requirements in user stories. Experience in coordination with Development team, Technical Architect is mandatory. Expertise you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field. Experience in business analysis or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Knowledge of business process reengineering and requirements gathering techniques.
