Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Eckstein Engineering Business Solutions, located in Pune. The Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that suppliers meet our quality requirements and expectations. They will perform supplier evaluations and manage the supplier quality management process. The Supplier Quality Engineer will also be responsible for quality management and quality control processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Supplier Evaluation, Supplier Quality Management and Supplier Quality
- Experience in Quality Management and Quality Control
- Strong understanding of ISO, FDA and other relevant regulations
- Experience with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) certification is a plus
- Experience in the medical device industry is preferred
