Role Description
1. Client Engagement: Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client needs, objectives, and challenges. Assist in conducting research, gathering data, and analyzing information to develop insights and recommendations.
2. Project Support: Provide support in the planning, execution, and management of consulting projects for SME clients. Assist in designing strategies, developing action plans, and implementing solutions to address client-specific issues and opportunities.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities within targeted SME sectors. Assist in assessing market dynamics and providing insights to inform client strategies.
4. Business Development: Support business development efforts by contributing to proposal writing, client presentations, and marketing initiatives. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential SME clients.
5. Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training programs, workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in SME management consulting, industry best practices, and business development strategies.
