Job description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Job description:-

. Responsibilities and Duties: -

- Identify business opportunities and close leads.

- Client Acquisition

- Architects/Interior Designers/Builders/Purchase Managers/HNIs to increase the width and enhance coverage.

- Develop long-term relationships with clients by providing them with the best of products & services which in turn helps in repeat orders and references.

- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.

- Conduct Market Research

- Prospective target market/Commercials/Hotels, etc.

- Achieve monthly given targets thereby maintaining and increasing sales of the company.

- Coordinate with the Interior Design team for creating a design concept keeping in mind the client's need and preference within estimated timelines and project cost.

- Preparation of Proposal/Quotation, required correspondence with the client for drawing/ BOQ/color shade approval and Project /Payment follow up.

- Monitoring competitor activity; analyzing market trends and tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs.

- Keeping up to date with new product launches and competition activities in the market.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- 2+ years in premium furniture sales or any premium Interior product sales

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

- Focused and goal-oriented
