Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, as a Remote Pilot Instructor at Dronelab Technologies. The Remote Pilot Instructor will be responsible for training and certifying remote pilots by providing remote and on-site training, developing training materials, and establishing certification standards. The Remote Pilot Instructor will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and will work closely with drone operators to design and deliver flight training courses.
Qualifications
- DGCA certified Remote Pilot certificate
- DGCA certified RPI
- Experience in piloting drones for commercial applications
- Demonstrated excellence in designing, developing, and delivering training bootcamps
- Knowledge of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and remote sensors
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, and work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience with RPAS software tools, including Pix4D, DroneDeploy, and DJI Pilot
- Experience with RC Modeling or aviation clubs and organizations is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
