Job description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities: Building a consistent narrative across multiple touch points - build something bigger than a digital brand - build a community Lead the marketing team to build strong brand presence across research, content, social, design 360 degree strategy spread across multiple channels - shoots, influencers, partnerships, social media to continuously strengthen the brand Develop and implement content strategy for blogs, newsletters, social media, ad campaigns and video content Foster deep consumer insights and share actionable recommendations to optimize the overall customer experience Work alongside the growth manager and continuously track and improve grow customer retention Explore and grow new channels for acquisition via content such as Youtube

Qualifications: Master's degree / MBA in Marketing from a Tier-1 institution. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Fashion industry. D2C experience is a plus! Strong understanding of the digital spaceCreative thinking and ability to contribute innovative ideas to campaigns Detail-oriented with strong leadership, organizational and project management skills. Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance. Overall data oriented & analytical approach is a must to scale the brand to the next level

Platforms:

Proficient: Shopify, Analytics (Google Analytics), Microsoft Suite, Canva Basic understanding: Marketing automation platforms like Clevertap, Google Suite: Advertising (Google Ads), Business listing management (GMB) etc., Meta Ads Manager
