Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Recruiter located in New Delhi. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent for the organization, as well as managing the recruitment process from start to finish. The Corporate Recruiter will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with candidates, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and screening candidates
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
