This is a individual role requiring strong technical proficiency, stakeholder management (in India). The role involves the need for the incumbent to independently manage the end-to-end aspects of service delivery on all matters related to payroll-T&A-benefits to the different Business divisions in Greenway India
• The key components of this role include, Payroll processing, HRIS (global & local systems), Internal & External HR Audits, Statutory and Labor Compliance, Policy Administration, Corporate & Local HR Programs and providing to Global Mobility administrative support.
• To manage the payroll process for all ensuring 100% accuracy, timely execution and adherence to the Local Labor Laws and company policy & procedures.
• Formulate HR Policies applicable for employees across different BUs from time to time
• Administer and audit compliance on Policies in partnership with HR Consulting teams, Finance, and other Shared Services teams where necessary
• Periodic review and constant communication of amendments to all employees, including publishing of the Employee Handbook annually
• Identify effective ways of online communication of Policies to employees at all levels
• Proactively work with the vendors in managing escalations from internal stakeholders
• Responsible for making decisions pertaining to change in vendors where necessary
· Graduation with a minimum of 3-5 years of Experience in the similar profile
• Knowledge of payroll administration, procedures, and systems
• Ability to work independently
• Highly motivated;
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access PowerPoint, and Visio
• Strong quantitative/qualitative skills
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail; the drive to proactively resolve issues.
