Job description

Position Summary: The Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant - CRM (FC-CRM) is responsible for managing all aspects of our Dynamics 365 CRM platform. The role involves onboarding and training users, acting as a technical expert and system administrator, customizing the platform, and overseeing the integration with Dynamics ERP.

Job Descriptions:

• Understand company policies, products, and data to optimize Dynamics 365 CRM configuration.

• Develop and maintain expertise in Dynamics 365 administration tasks, including user management, workflows, reports, and data management.

• Identify and resolve data integrity issues using various tools and reports.

• Design, implement, and test customizations and processes with a focus on end-user experience.

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to streamline procedures and implement best practices.

• Take responsibility for training, including onboarding and ongoing training for users, and develop comprehensive end-user documentation.

• Act as a power user to guide, train, and enhance the CRM system.

• Perform bulk imports and exports of data and handle batch reassignment of accounts and opportunities.

• Training and Support - Provide training and support to end-users on how to use the CRM effectively. Train users on new features and additions in the CRM.

Technical Skills:

• Extensive knowledge in configuring, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

• Proficient in CRM workflows, plugins, entities, forms, and views.

• Strong understanding of integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications using APIs, web services and RESTful APIs

• Experience with data integration and synchronization.

• Familiarity with Azure services relevant to CRM, such as Logic Apps and Azure Functions.

• Ability to write custom scripts using JavaScript to enhance CRM functionality.

• Experience with CRM form scripting and business rules.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, MS Outlook, Sharepoint or Teams.

• Knowledge of cloud-based Dynamics 365 is preferred.

Education:

• 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience (D365 certification preferred).

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (not mandatory)

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
