Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to our Chief Executive Officer. The position involves Founder's calendar management, assisting him in meetings- taking notes and sharing the briefs with the team and working on power point presentations

Qualifications

• Exceptional diary and travel management skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex calendaring
• Excellent writing abilities and proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize assignments with excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently, take ownership of tasks and assign priorities to meet company goals and objectives
• Experience in the digital media industry is a plus
