Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services. A trusted partner to our clients, we provide corporate and transactional banking commercial real estate lending and servicing investment banking equity and fixed income solutions including sales, trading, and research capabilities to corporate, commercial real estate, government, and institutional clients across the globe.
As part of the CIB 3rd Party Risk Management (TPRM) Team, the Senior Business Execution Consultant will coordinate and assist in end-to-end TPRM activity for Corporate & Investment Banking Business. TPRM team is focused on preventative, detective, and corrective controls to identify, monitor, manage, mitigate and report third-party risk.The team works closely with various business groups/enterprise functions & cross functional teams to understand the business needs and manages third parties and their associated risks in accordance with the Third-Party Program and Enterprise Third-Party Risk Management Policy. The team analyzes and understand the contract details and the inherent and residual risks the third party represents to Wells Fargo, manages the third-party engagements within a business group or enterprise function. The team handles escalations from the business owner or Supply Chain Management, as related to the third party's contract compliance, performance, and ability or willingness to meet oversight requirements (including monitoring the third party's regulatory compliance). Some of the key activities include New Onboardings, Ongoing Monitoring -(Inherent Risk Reviews, Third Party Business Reviews, Expiring Contract Reviews, Performance Metrics, Other Risk Assessments).
In this role, you will:
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work under close supervision, follow established procedures, identify opportunities to determine appropriate course of action within defined scope of responsibility
Review and analyze inquiries and operational challenges that require research, evaluation
Strong knowledge of operations and Risk & Control Assessment in Third Party Risk Management including liaison with Business Partners, Supply Chain Partners, Risk Partners to ensure overall execution of 3rd Party Onboarding/Recertification in the system.
Support Business Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance
Consult with management for more complex issues to assist with appropriate course of required action
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures
Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, managers and internal and external customers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Review systems to ensure company standards are met, exceptions are notated, and issues escalated as necessary
Interact with staff and business partners to promote team work and departmental effectiveness
Strong excel knowledge to manage and Structured the data, clean and transform the data to use it further.
Can support management to present Data in a Visual form with Charts and Infographics
Required Qualifications:
9 to 11 years of experience in Risk and Compliance Management, Third Party Risk Management, financial services, reporting and analysis
Good knowledge on 3rd Party Risk Management and Vendor onboarding process.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Understand and ensure compliance and risk management policies
Provide support for compliance and risk management requirements
Work with the Onshore quality assurance team to ensure closure of month-end all the open/assigned volumes are reviewed and corrected
Monitor and evaluate larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance
Document quality issues and performance measures for management review
Work closely with both internal stakeholders and users to meet their service needs
Ability to meet deadlines
Demonstrates a high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness
