Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leading and guiding teams to deliver scalable, low-latency architecture and cost-effective solutions to various product teams.
- Identifying areas of concern within the existing codebase and devising corrective measures.
- Implementing solutions by utilizing various open-source distributed systems to deliver fully-fledged products.
- Ensuring timely execution of solutions to address gaps and technical debt.
- Pioneering novel solutions from scratch and collaborating with architects and engineers from other product teams to build and promote these solutions.
- Regularly reviewing code and architectural changes to provide timely feedback, maintain code clarity, streamline complexities, and advocate best practices.
- Staying updated on technological advancements and consistently exploring ways to leverage them to enhance product delivery and quality.
- Assisting the team in identifying and executing features with the right trade-offs without compromising quality and delivery.
- Developing cohesive development strategies across the organization.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in ReactJS.
- A minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience in a product or startup environment.
- Proficiency in designing for scalability and performance.
- Capability to conduct peer code reviews.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in data structures and algorithms
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
