Job description

A well established Engineering manufacturing company (Metal & Plastic Products) at Vasai having vacancies for the following positions.

1) Tool Room Engineer for Plastic Injection Moulds
2) Tool Room Engineer for Pressure Die Casting Moulds

3) Tool Room Design Engineer

Job Profile for Tool Room Engineer
1) Die Making as per requirement, Mould maintenance or repair, modify dies , jigs , gauges , tools , using machine tools and hand tools
2) Should have knowledge of operating conventional machine like, Surface Grinding , milling and drilling
3)Should have knowledge of measuring instruments and to read 2D Drawings
4)Do trial taking and to correct the moulding defects

Job Profile Tool Room Design Engineer
Design Injection Moulds and Press Tools, jig & fixtures, Machine parts
Design in 2D, Prepare & Maintain Machine data
Coordination with Product designer, Tool Room, Production & QC department
Attending tool trials, To Inspect Machining jobs as per Design
Coordination with clients for Mould development
