Role Overview

EXL is seeking a Lead Assistant Manager who will manage and deliver programmatic omni-channel marketing campaigns supporting EXL's Demand Generation program for the Healthcare business unit (BU). This individual will be responsible for executing GTM strategies, and solution/product launches, and delivering priority account-based marketing (ABM) programs and campaigns with a focus on the Healthcare vertical.

In this role, you will support demand generation strategies, evaluate the latest enterprise marketing strategies, growth technologies, experimenting with and optimizing different tactics, and striving to consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue goals. You will own buyer engagement across all marketing channels, including ABM, email, digital programs, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works collaboratively with Portfolio and Industry Marketing teams to create Campaign Briefs and gather supporting materials for submission and approval.
  • Leverages Campaign Briefs to support the creation of assets, coordinates the orchestration and activation of assets, and liaisons with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and approvals.
  • Supporting and managing activities include but are not limited to outbound email, paid digital, remarketing, content syndication, social, events, webinars, automated nurture programs, and other industry-leading marketing tactics.
  • Capable of independently managing one-time projects, ad hoc BU requests, or ABM support with minimal guidance and direction.
  • Cross-functional department liaison responsible for coordinating assets such as but not limited to landing pages, social media posts, target audience lists, SEM/SEO ad copy, microsites, emails, and sales support to execute campaigns, programs, or individual tactics.
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting campaign results proactively provides actionable recommendations for optimizations.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree, in a business-related discipline

Experience

  • 4+ years of lead generation campaign management, proven results, agency and vendor management experience
  • Strong project management skills. Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward. Strong bias to action and outcomes
  • Understanding of campaign performance metrics, data management, and success parameters
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Experience working with different stakeholders across the entire campaign lifecycle. This involves internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including pragmatic marketing, B2B marketing, solution marketing, the buyer journey methodology, buyer/customer personas, and content marketing strategies
