Performance Monitoring: Continuously analyze the performance of your Banca channel unit. 6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. 7. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management. 8. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments for effective alignment with organizational goals. 9. Budget Management: Manage the Banca channel unit's budget efficiently.
