Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in human resources preferably in the healthcare domain. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment employee relations performance management training and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates
- Oversee employee relations including managing grievances disputes and disciplinary actions
- Manage performance management processes including performance reviews and goalsetting
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Manage HR administration including maintaining employee records and HRIS
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 6 years of experience in human resources preferably in the healthcare domain
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
