is seeking a

Brand Manager with ATL(TV media) marketing expertise.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Brand Positioning:

Develop and implement comprehensive ATL brand strategies aligned with overarching business objectives, emphasizing TV platforms. Drive brand positioning, differentiation, and consumer engagement through strategic TV placements.

Market Insight and Analysis:

Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct extensive market research, and analyze consumer insights to shape and refine ATL brand strategies, with a special emphasis on TV viewership trends and preferences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Foster strong collaborative relationships with marketing, design, and copy teams to ensure seamless alignment and consistency in brand messaging across TV platforms and other ATL channels.

Budget Allocation and Optimization:

Effectively manage and optimize the ATL brand marketing budget to maximize ROI, focusing on TV advertising expenditures and performance. Regularly track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators associated with TV initiatives.

Creative Direction and Asset Development:

Oversee the development of compelling creative assets tailored specifically for TV channels, including commercials, sponsorships, and branded content. Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with TV audiences.

Expansion of TV Channels:

Lead the exploration and expansion of TV channels to enhance brand visibility and acquisition opportunities, including exploring innovative TV advertising formats and partnerships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous. Proven track record of 1-2 years in ATL brand marketing roles, with a focus on leveraging TV platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement. Strong analytical acumen with the ability to derive actionable insights from data to inform TV-specific brand strategies. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling within the TV advertising landscape. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in TV brand execution. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving TV market trends and consumer behaviors.
