We are inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst-Marketo Analyst– Medical Devices
In this role, you will be responsible :-
Manage Marketo Instance: Oversee all aspects of our Marketo instance, from setting up campaigns to monitoring performance.
Marketo Campaign Creation and Deployment: You will be building day-to-day Marketo program builds for various programs. These programs include webinars, trade shows, hosted events, process flows, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Managing Digital Campaigns: Set up complex multi-series automated engagement campaigns that leverage filters, feeders, and segments. Implement quality control procedures to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly. Set up campaign reporting, monitor campaign success, recommend strategies/tactics to optimize conversion rates, and execute testing practices. Also, handle lead routing, list uploads, and data management between sales and marketing systems. Ensure the source and campaign attribution setup is correct for each asset.
Optimize Marketing Automation Programs: Analyze and refine workflows to ensure optimal lead management and customer engagement.
Data Hygiene and GDPR Compliance: Maintain database health, including managing GDPR compliance, record management, database size, and subscription settings.
Establish Best Practices and Drive Consistency: Work with marketing teams to map out campaign logic and workflows, and update these workflows as changes to business requirements occur. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, working closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align strategies and drive results. Act as an internal consultant for stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
• Great teamwork and ability to manage expectations from multiple groups.
• Collaborative and hands on best practices of Marketo and SFDC
• Must have excellent understanding on Lead Management, Lead Routing, Life-cycle Management
• Must have strategic approach considering optimization and scalability in the technologies in Marketing industry
• Work with team to review program requirements and identify areas of optimization, update progress on email marketing campaign and programs
• Partner with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions and recommendations in support of critical business needs and goals
• Must have experience with managing large sets of data. Maintaining good data health and quality
• Maintain pulse of key performance metrics, dashboards and flag leadership when action is required
• Manage Lead Quality, Lead Scoring and Lead Routing in Marketo
• Assess ad hoc campaign requests and determine the best approach and team members to support.
• Advise marketing operations functions on digital campaigns requirements necessary to perform desired output
• Ensure that data findings are appropriately visualized in a way that will resonate with stakeholders and clearly highlight implications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Experience working with Adobe Marketo, including knowledge of marketing automation, Campaign deployment, lead scoring, and campaign management
• Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices, including lead nurturing, segmentation, and A/B testing
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for creating and editing email and landing page templates preferred
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, as well as integrating Marketo with other third-party systems
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as sales and product development
Preferred qualifications:-
Good years’ experience in perferable Healthcare industry & Analytics, esp. Medical Devices
· Must have working knowledge on a range of topics that are important and specific to the medical devices sector. Deep knowledge in areas of technologies, value chain, customers, competition, marketing activities, regulations, clinical trials etc.
· Should be able to lead conversations with healthcare industry participants, customers, manufacturers, physicians & patients of different regions
· Should be good with Microsoft Excel & PPT. At least 7 on a scale of 10
· Should be flexible to work / Should be able to work independently & manage teams
· Consulting experience
• Curiosity is a must. Questioning the controls and evaluating the efficacy of its effectiveness is key to bring in best outcome for the project
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Advanced MS-Excel and VBA
