Job description

Project Management/ Coordination

1. Work with the operations team to project cashflow and coordinate with the accounts department

2. Review operations costs with allocated budgets

Process Improvement:

1. Digitise and automate accounting processes to ensure ease and scale of operations

2. Documentation of SOPs

3. Improvement to the Integrated Management System for the department

Data Capture:

1. Compile data to generate PnL for the month

Billing and Quality Check:

1. Crosschecking of vendor bills with corresponding dispatches and subsequently approving them on VMS

2. Coordinate with accounts departments for payments

3. Ensure all vendor bills are received and booked on VMS

4. Coordinate with operations team and raise goods invoices on the day of dispatch

5. Coordinate with Senior Manager and raise client invoices

Payments:

1. Keeping track of payment receivables from end destinations and clients. Raising it to respective POC for escalations as a per requirement

2. Keeping track of debit notes and passing them on to the respective vendor

3. Keeping track of all GST requirements
