Job description
Your role: Are you passionate about delivering robust and scalable robotic process automation solutions? Do you have a knack for understanding business processes and how we can optimize and improve through a combination of process re-engineering and technological changes? Do you have a curious nature, always interested in finding ways to innovate? We’re looking for someone like that to help us: – collaborate with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identify opportunities for process automation that increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk. Able to code in for automations using Python (selenium, Pandas, PYWin 32, other related libraries used for web browser automation) VisualBasic, VBA.net, and reporting tool like Power BI – develop requirement specifications and user acceptance testing strategies for identified robotics solutions – design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies and development best practices – partner and collaborate with Operations experts and IT teams across the organization to deliver robotic process automation solutions in a dynamic environment – perform integration testing of robot process automation solutions into larger subsystems and the extended automation system – Increase efficiencies by utilizing technology technically proficient in Machine learning algorithms (classifiers, decision trees, NLP, regression, etc) or proficient in document extraction and manipulation using OCR
Your team: You’ll be working in the Service Delivery Transformation team for GWM COO BCCH based in Pune. The team is responsible for identifying and implementing Automation solutions to support Wealth Management Operations service delivery teams in executing their day to day business more efficiently. Your experience and skills: You have: – business analysis experience and/or programming experience with change management background - previous experience in Robot Process Automation projects is desirable (Using Python, VisualBasic, Automation Anywhere Enterprise) – strong software troubleshooting skills, and an understanding of programming constructs (Python VisualBasic, VBA.net and other programming languages) in a MS Windows based enterprise software environment - Ability to automate using Python (selenium, Pandas, PYWin 32, other related libraries for web browser automation specifically) VisualBasic, VBA.net, Automation Anywhere Enterprise and other programming language, - Ability to code in Power BI – the ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude– strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out) – rapid comprehension for information technology and a natural ability to solve complex issues – professional experience within Banking Operation would be a helpful asset – fluency in English (any other language skills are a plus) You are: – curious and collaborative, comfortable working independently as well as in a team – able to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a demanding environment – able to assess new ideas and provide implementable solutions – a confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiencesJob tags
