Must 6-8- years of experience in the areas of IT Security Hands on experience on End point Security products like Antivirus, Personal firewall, HIDS, etc. Microsoft Defender, McAfee, Symantec, etc. Must have hands-on technical experience installing, configuring, documenting, and providing ongoing support for Experience in implementing end point Security technologies and/or processes required. Experience in defining end point security processes, Virus incident handling process, troubleshooting virus incidents, etc. Should have hands-on experience in defender Device Control Policy Creation & Management through Intune. Should have good hands-on experience in bit locker drive encryption and troubleshooting. Good in troubleshooting Defender related issues. Must have good understanding of Information security concepts around enterprise security risk and compliance framework. (tools like Symantec ESM and CCS) Good understanding of MS PKI and MS Unified Access Gateway is desirable. Should be comfortable working in 24 7 environments. Should have good communication skills (verbal and written). Good understanding of service delivery and ITIL processes (1.) Provides guidance on how his area of capability can resolve an organizational need and actively participates in all phases of the solution life cycle. Design Solutions and best practices to meet clients objective. (2.) Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data (3.) Depending on the work environment, the subject matter expert may lead or be an active participant of a work-group with the need for specialized knowledge. (4.) Meet all agreed-upon turnaround times for deliverables, deliverable reviews, or deliverable sign-off (5.) Understands, articulates and implements best practices related to his area of expertise.
