Designation - Analyst/Senior Managers, AVP, VP & Executive Vice President (EVP), Xiimba Pets

Xiimba Animal Sciences is embarking upon a national business initiative to complement the main corporate vision of Xiimba Ecosystems. Therefore, through this endeavour we aspire to increase the per capita income of the rural population from $100 to $300. In order to increase the per capita income through this venture, we are determined to firstly reimagine the animal ecosystem of India and simultaneously develop multiple compelling business model innovations through exponential technologies. These business models shall ensure & secure that the animal is at the centre of each & every plan of the business model. Therefore, animal's welfare, health, development, productive engagement & purposeful co-existence shall be the basis of going forward.

We are looking at following segments of Animal Sciences in the first phase of our initiative:

1. Cattle & Livestock (Large Animals)

2. Poultry

3. Aquaculture

4. Pets; especially Dogs & Cats

We are presently building and developing the initial core talent pool, who shall work closely with the founders & develop the strategic business plans. This is the process wherein a combination of research & gap analysis of the present market scenario to futuristic possibilities shall yield multiple options. Further due diligence & validation with the help of internal & global experts shall create first proof of concept. And this journey shall further travel to the first destination of detailed business plan & strategy document.

We're therefore presently looking for around 12 young dynamic, motivated & passionate individuals who are involved in deep animal science domains i.e. Genetics etc.

As we have firstly invested and initiated the pet business vertical, we have planned to operationalize the Pet Vertical before the others. The potential incumbents are requested to peruse the profile description and job expectations which is mentioned below: -

Qualification/Background - The incumbent must have passed their UG, PG & Doctorate from any of the following institutes/colleges in India and/or top tier global veterinary science schools. This is not going to be 100% desk work but as animal science is a field subject, the incumbent must be willing to understand & learn the practical ground nuances.

Profile Brief - Xiimba is benchmarking itself with various established best technologies, practices, processes & procedures prevalent in the world. The work shall therefore require close working & relationship development with the world class experts, technologists, consultants & the corporates in the global pet ecosystem which may involve academic institutions, research centres or consulting organisations. The idea behind involving animal science professionals is that we believe you have knowledge about the body science, anatomy, nutrition, genetics and common diseases. Therefore, in the specific sub-segment within the pet vertical while it may not be your specialization or even experience but you shall be able to grasp an adapt the subject knowledge and it's deeper fine prints in a short time.

We envisage that you shall be globally engaged, maybe trained or upskilled and dealing with practical functionalities to be applied and adopted in Xiimba Pets.
