Job Role - Wellness Manager
Experience - 5+ Years Location : Coimbatore The Wellness Manager plays a pivotal role in promoting and enhancing the overall well-being of individuals within a company or organization. The Wellness Manager works under the supervision and guidance of CMO and involves developing and implementing wellness programs, coordinating health initiatives, and fostering a culture of wellness to support Guest/Patient and employees' physical, mental, and emotional health.
Responsibilities - Program Development: Assists CMO/RMO in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive wellness programs and initiatives tailored to the specific needs and goals of the organization.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management and stakeholders to establish wellness goals, objectives, and strategies aligned with the organization's overall mission and values.
- Employee Engagement: Actively engage employees and promote participation in wellness programs and activities.
- Inventory Management: Optimize working capital, reduce carrying costs, minimize stock outs, improve customer service, and streamline operations.

.Inventory Planning and Procurement and Replenishment: Managing the purchase and replenishment of inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Inventory Tracking and Control: Implementing systems and processes to accurately monitor and record inventory movements, such as receipts, Usage, transfers, and sales.

Qualifications And Requirements - BNYS/BAMS with proven track record in hospitality industry in managerial level.
- A master's degree or Spa management from CIDESCO is desirable.
- Proven experience in wellness program development, implementation, and management. Strong knowledge of health and wellness principles, practices, and behaviour change strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to plan, execute, and evaluate wellness initiatives.
- Familiarity with wellness software platforms .
- Understanding of legal and ethical considerations related to Patient/Guest and employee wellness programs.
Relevant certifications in wellness coaching, health education, or related areas are advantageous.
