Roles & Responsibilities ·
Has worked on a 2W design from scratch and took it to the market. Should have managed a team earlier. Conducts finite element analysis (FEA) modeling and other CAE modeling for both Linear / Non-linear, in supporting product design and development concerning vehicle performances in meeting customer and internal requirements. · Develop appropriate CAE modeling methodologies and analyze and correlate CAE model results with lab and vehicle test data. · Proposes design optimization solutions or design alternatives/countermeasures to meet targets. · Writes technical reports, and creates and presents oral presentations to internal and external customers. · Define load conditions, and boundary conditions, Analyse and run meshing of Vehicle metallic, plastic, electrical components, · Define and run simulations of automotive static and dynamic behavior, vehicle test cycles, NVH, Crash test, and vehicle heat and airflow CFD simulations. Requirements · BE / BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with at least 4 years of experience in FEA/Simulation in the automobile field. · Must have hands-on work experience with Solidworks and Ansys (Fluent). · Sound knowledge of Strength of Material, Engineering concepts, and FEA fundamentals. Good expertise in CAE tools to perform linear / Non-linear / Model analysis/ Impact / Crash test. · Must understand Vehicle dynamics, Homologation requirements, and Functional and assembly procedures of EV two-wheelers. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team-working skills.Job tags
