Job description
The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a key role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Experience: Minimum of 0.6-3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
Experience in B2B sales is advantageous.
Familiarity with the industry and market trends.

Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through market research and targeted outreach.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking.
Client Acquisition:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Provide feedback to the team on market demands and customer preferences.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
Prepare and present proposals to clients, outlining the benefits of products or services.
Negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Customer Feedback:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance products or services.
Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development or sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
