Role and Responsibilities:
The Sr Sourcing Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Sourcing Managers across various projects. The key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that each segment and project meets the sales targets through channel sales.
- Meeting the targeted number of additions to the channel partner database monthly for every project.
- Ensuring smooth registration training certification and brokerage disbursal for channel partners.
- Developing a healthy investor database through channel partners.
- Ensuring regular product and price updates to channel partners.
- Leveraging channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project prelaunches and launches.
- Constantly improving the channel partner experience.
- Driving sales through channels (brokers and alternate channels) at active projects.
- Maintaining and expanding the organizations database of channel partners by increasing the width and depth of the distribution channel.
- Troubleshooting at every level.
- Creating a personal relationship with all channel partners meeting them regularly and organizing reward and recognition programs.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven work experience as a Channel Sales Head in the western region of Mumbai.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office / Gsheets.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and targetdriven with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
