Hiring Executive Assistant for a Jewellery manufacturing company in Andheri Mumbai.

Location - Andheri, Speez Mumbai

Experience - 10 to 12 years

Work Schedule:*Â Â

  - 1st Saturday: Half day working Â

  - 2nd Saturday: Full day working Â

  - 3rd & 4th Saturday: Fixed OffÂ

Salary Range - 6LPA to 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management:
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the executive.
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively manage the executive's calendar.
• Communication:
• Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and messages.
• Draft and edit correspondence on behalf of the executive.
• Travel Arrangements:
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Ensure travel itineraries are well-organized and meet the executive's preferences.
• Documentation and Filing:
• Maintain organized and up-to-date files, both physical and digital.
• Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations.
• Meeting Support:
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
• Confidentiality:
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
• Keeping record of director's personal expenses.
