Job description
Hiring Executive Assistant for a Jewellery manufacturing company in Andheri Mumbai.
Location - Andheri, Speez Mumbai
Experience - 10 to 12 years
Work Schedule:*Â Â
  - 1st Saturday: Half day working Â
  - 2nd Saturday: Full day working Â
  - 3rd & 4th Saturday: Fixed OffÂ
Salary Range - 6LPA to 8 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the executive.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively manage the executive's calendar.
- Communication:
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and messages.
- Draft and edit correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Travel Arrangements:
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Ensure travel itineraries are well-organized and meet the executive's preferences.
- Documentation and Filing:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files, both physical and digital.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations.
- Meeting Support:
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
- Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Keeping record of director's personal expenses.
