About The Organization:

The Organization is an EDtech firm with a pan India presence.

Job Summary Training Specialists shall be responsible for ensuring a seamless implementation of the program. You will be the one point of contact for all academic queries and resolutions. You will support the business team in their presales effort ensure retention and provide business growth from existing clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

Program Implementation and School Relationship:

1. Relationships Manage the relationship with the designated schools within the territory in coordination with the POD member of that territory

2. Program Implementation and Communication Share the progress of program implementation in the school with the correspondent/owner during the school visits/virtual meetings

3. Proactive Problem Solving Be transparent in sharing the feedback of the schools and proactively resolve issues or queries of our clients in a timely manner

4. Escalate all issues concerning program implementation to the Reporting Manager and PODL 5. Drive Academic Program Certain Academic programs shall be conducted from time to time and Training Specialists shall be entrusted with the responsibility of driving the same effectively at the school.

Lead Indicators of Improvement:

1. Identify lead indicators of improvements at the school

2. Gather evidence around lead indicators to strengthen the case for renewal and business growth

Training/Feedback:

1. Capture and share feedback received from schools to the product/content team which will help us to modify & improve the product year on year.

2. Be proactive in understanding every product offering in detail.

3. Identify pain points of School and coordinate with the POD/Reporting Manager for effective resolution

4. Identify the different category of customers and learn to deal with them during implementation

Business Development:

1. School Retention and upgrade: Retain existing schools and upgrade the value of business within the portfolio in coordination with the PODL/Reporting Manager by ensuring seamless implementation of the program and academic interventions.

2. Presales: Support sales Team with presales activity

Reporting and Documentation:

1. Documentation: Adhere to the process laid down by the central team and complete all documentation within the stipulated timelines

2. Reporting: Keep all reporting formats documentation etc. updated on a daytoday basis

Requirements

Industry EdTech

Experience &Qualification:

Graduate (B.ed preferred) with 412 Years of relevant experience as academic coordinator/Training Coordinator/School Admin/Coordinator
