Designation - Manager - HR

Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate In Human Resources from Reputed Institute.

Experience: Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in handling employee life cycle /HR Administration / Talent management.

Preferred Age: Approx. : 30 years.

Proven proficiency in Talent building, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, OD programs etc.

Desired Skills :

Good communication and Interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead a team.

Good knowledge of HR, OD, PMS processes, training assessment.

Liaising with senior management teams and effectively collaborate.

Key Responsibilities:

Who will be ideal for this role :

Someone who is passionate about helping people learn and grow possess excellent communication skills, experienced in designing e-learning courses and managing training and employee engagement budgets, Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs, Review individual and organizational development needs, Deploy different kinds of learning methods such as coaching job-shadowing online training and so on. ensure the optimal utilization and development of all the group staff and ensuring proper allocation of resources training budgets, venues, training courses, selected trainees, basic know-how of diversity and inclusion.
