Title Deputy Manager- Wind Storage

Location Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field. Specialized certification in wind energy or energy storage is a plus. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in wind energy, energy storage, or related roles. Strong understanding of wind energy technologies, wind turbine systems, and energy storage. Familiarity with grid integration, electrical systems, and regulatory considerations. Proficiency in wind energy simulation tools and software. Experience in managing wind storage projects from design through implementation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Role Requirements Lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of wind energy storage projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop optimal wind energy storage solutions. Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for potential wind storage installations. Design wind energy storage systems considering technical, economic, and regulatory factors. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards in wind energy storage projects. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve successful project outcomes. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress. Evaluate and select appropriate wind energy and storage components for installations. Utilize wind energy simulation tools and software to model system performance. Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for wind storage projects. Monitor and analyze the performance of installed wind energy storage systems and propose enhancements. Stay updated with wind energy technology advancements, industry trends, and best practices. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality. Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals. Work closely with clients to understand their wind energy storage needs and provide tailored solutions. Participate in business development activities by contributing technical insights and proposals. Ensure effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for wind energy storage projects. Contribute to continuous process improvement and innovation in wind energy storage engineering. Support the organization's renewable energy goals by delivering efficient and reliable solutions. Adapt strategies and approaches based on project-specific requirements and industry developments
