Job Description:
As a Junior Graphic Designer at NLET, you will play a crucial role in creating visual concepts and designs that communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate our clients and their audiences. You will collaborate with our creative team to develop and deliver design solutions across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and execute design projects.
Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message.
Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces.
Present and defend design concepts and deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
Revise designs after feedback ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred.
At least 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
A strong portfolio of graphic design work that demonstrates creativity and problem-solving.
Proficiency in design software and technologies .
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
