Profile Summary:
BIM Junior Engineer is expected to comprehend and complete the assigned projects within the stipulated time line. The candidate should have the ability to trouble shoot, follow instructions and achieve ideal end results. The candidate is required to be flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Create 3D models in MEP in various level of detailing
- Modeling in various level of detailing (LOD), Coordinating with other trade services, Shop drawings and Coordination drawings
- Knowledge in Plant 3D will be an added advantage
• Display keen skills in self-quality check.
• Help in creating the drawings with customer requirements.
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:
• Btech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Plant 3D & BIM knowledge is an added advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skill in English
• Be a good listener and a motivating member in the team.

Junior Engineer - Precast Detailing

Profile Overview:
An ideal candidate will be responsible in comprehending and completing assigned projects within the stipulated time line. The candidate will have the ability to trouble shoot, follow instructions and achieve ideal end results. A precast detailing engineer will ideally look in to the big picture of drawings and modelling in line to the client requisitions. We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines
The salary range discussed during hiring is indicative only. Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.

Responsibilities:
• Good knowledge in Precast concrete with experience in detailing shop drawings
• Precast detailing using AutoCAD/ Tekla Structures
• Review contract drawings and prepare RFI
• Create Tekla Model as per the design drawings
• Maintain close contact with the Team Leads in providing accurate drawings in the stipulated timeline
• Prepare Erection drawings, Fabrication drawings, Plans, Elevations, Shop drawings, Marking Plans, and other relevant drawings using CAD/ Tekla as per contract drawings
• Prepare detailed shop drawings of Precast concrete elements
• Prepare detailed GA/basic layout plans and connection details
• Review contract drawings and prepare RFI’s
• Preparation of Bar bending schedule
• Study and adapt client’s standard per jobs quickly.
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:
• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
• B. Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Precast detailing knowledge in AutoCAD is a must
• Tekla modelling knowledge will be an added advantage
• Candidate with good knowledge in Precast detailing
• Must have good communication skills in English
• Achieve the work targets as specified by the Line Manager.

• Should be proficient in creating Tekla Models as per the design drawings

• Project coordination
• Client communication
• Maintain close contact with the Team Leads in providing accurate drawings in the stipulated timeline
• Be a champion in achieving the work targets as specified by the Line Manager.
Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:
• B. Tech in Civil Engineering, or an equivalent combination of experience and education may be substituted.
• 5 – 8 years of relevant work experience in steel detailing.
• Working with US projects will be an added advantage
• An excellent working knowledge about Steel detailing in Tekla is a must.
• A robust AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skill in English

BIM Engineer - Architecture and Structural

Responsibilities:
• Expert in creating BIM models for architectural and structural services, ensuring coordination between all services.
• Proficient in preparing detailed BIM models, Family Creation and conducting quality checks.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings with professionals from other organizations.
• Provide technical guidance to junior modelers, act as a mentor in internal project kick-off meetings, and offer support during planning stages.
• Review and augment construction/shop drawings and schedules in line with client requirements.
• Prepare As-built BIM based on site survey drawings or point clouds/markups.
• Conduct walkthroughs of models using Navisworks for project stakeholders.
• Review shop drawings of reinforced concrete, structural steel, miscellaneous metal, and masonry.
• Collaborate with a team of modelers and detailers for architectural and structural BIM projects.
• Capture new growth opportunities with confidence and assist in clash detection.
Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
• B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Modeling.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Team player with the ability to assist the Team Lead and achieve specified work targets.
