Job Description for Senior Executive SEO
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our digital properties.
2. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and creation.
3. Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements to align with SEO best practices and improve search engine visibility.
4. Build and execute off-page optimization strategies, including link-building, to enhance the authority and credibility of our digital assets.
5. Collaborate with the IT team to address technical SEO issues, including site speed, mobile optimization, and crawl ability.
6. Work closely with content creators to ensure that new and existing content aligns with SEO goals and strategies.
7. Utilize analytics tools to monitor SEO performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of SEO strategies.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on strategy and execution.
3. Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
4. Deep understanding of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
5. Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Research ideas and facts pertinent to the type of content/topic assigned
2. Develop ideas derived from online/offline research and organize the same on paper or computer applications
3. Sort out workable ideas by a process of elimination and keep eliminated ideas stored for future reference
4. Write fresh content based on research and brainstorming by following instructions provided for each type of document
5. Develop engaging content for articles, blogs, stories and social media to entice and engage audience
6. Proofread content for errors or additions and ensure that content is written per instructions
7. Ensure that web page content is edited properly to increase on-screen readability
8. Think up titles for each piece of content keeping appropriateness in check
9. Copy, edit and proofread content created by other content writers to provide detailed feedback
10. Ensure that content contains sufficient keywords for search engine optimization
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
2. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
3. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
4. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
5. High school diploma or GED required
