Job Description : We are currently seeking a highly skilled Manager, Data Analyst with substantial experience in business intelligence (BI) and analytics. As a Manager, Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts, driving data-driven decision-making processes, and delivering actionable insights to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in analytics, proficiency in coding with Python, and expertise in writing complex SQL queries to manipulate and analyze large datasets. Key Responsibilities : Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Data Analysis and Visualization: Oversee the analysis of large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends, leveraging statistical methods and visualization tools to present findings in a clear and compelling manner. Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement BI solutions, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights and drive informed decision-making. Data Manipulation and Querying: Utilize advanced SQL querying skills to extract, transform, and analyze data from disparate sources, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. Python Programming: Leverage Python programming skills to automate data workflows, develop analytical models, and perform advanced data manipulation tasks. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Data Governance and Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data integrity, quality, and security throughout the organization. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and marketing teams, to understand requirements, gather insights, and provide data-driven recommendations. Continuous Learning and Development: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in BI, analytics, and data science, and actively seek opportunities for skill enhancement and professional development. Skills and Qualifications : Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Proven experience (6-10 years) in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields, with demonstrated expertise in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation. Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to manipulate and analyze large datasets, with a strong understanding of database concepts and principles. Solid programming skills in Python, with experience in data manipulation, automation, and analysis using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc. Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, and familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring teams to achieve goals and objectives.
