We are hiring for banking process associate profiles (work from office) for one of our Premium Client in Jaipur.

Role & responsibilities :

Handling international customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits .
Following up to ensure resolution on call.
Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Taking the extra mile to engage customers.

Preferred candidate profile :

Excellent English communication skill
Should know that customer service not only means helping customers get what they need but also making sure they feel supported.
Should be comfortable in hardcore night shift.
Should have customer service skills.
Qualification : Graduation
Looking for immediate joiners
