Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer. The Technical Trainer is responsible for providing training and development programs to new and existing employees. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for technical training, communication, and maintaining training records.

Qualifications

• Technical Trainers and Training & Development skills
• Proficiency in Technical Training and experience in creating training materials
• Excellent communication skills to effectively train and communicate with employees
• Experience in Training and maintaining training records
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
• Experience in the software industry is preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Skills Required

• Good at teaching in programming languages
• Good at Java, SQL
• Good at React JS
• Eager to learn new technologies
• Minimum Experience should be 3years
